Efforts for Environment, Quality & Safety

Electric Horn upholds policies for environment, quality and safety, and all employees are committed to achieve objectives and actively involved in various activities.

Environment Policy
By recognizing the protection of the global environment is one of the most important issues for all of us living on earth, we stand for the fundamental principles: strive to conserve natural environment and act by taking environmental concerns into account. We establish an environmental management system and continuously improve the system, aiming to minimize the environmental impact of our productions.

Quality Policy
As an automobile parts maker, we assume responsibility and take pride in contributing to the development of the society; engage in production activities with the motto of encouraging creativity and ingenuity to make excellent products for customer satisfaction; and strive to continuously improve product quality and further develop customer trust.

Safety Policy
We launch various activities to prevent the occurrence of occupational accident and establish a better work environment. Our objective is to have ZERO occupational accidents.

Environmental Management (ISO14001)

We acquired ISO 14001 environmental management system on April 23, 2004, aiming to reduce environmental load in a comprehensive manner by designing environmentally friendly products, green procurement, energy and resource conservation as well as efficient operations.

Quality Management (ISO9001)

We acquired ISO 9001 quality management system on November 15, 2002, striving to meet product requirements through observance of regulatory requirements, and continuously improve the efficiency of our quality management system from a viewpoint of customer satisfaction including Q (quality), C (cost), D (delivery), D (development), and M (management).

5S (keep work areas clean & orderly) & Improvement Activities

All employees participate in 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain) and improvement activities to pursue stable quality and cost reduction.
